Terms and Conditions – Bad Rupees Online Gaming Platform

1. Eligibility to Use Bad Rupees

Access to and use of Bad Rupees services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bad Rupees does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity. Age verification is conducted during account registration and may be requested again at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of Bad Rupees is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Bad Rupees or any affiliated company. Such individuals are prohibited from opening player accounts.
• You must be acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from Bad Rupees or from any other gambling service where an active exclusion applies to you.

2. Account Registration and Management

Each eligible individual may hold one account only at Bad Rupees. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. You must keep this information up to date. Bad Rupees reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information you have provided at any stage.

• Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. Bad Rupees staff will never ask for your password.
• Unauthorised Access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately at support@badrupees.com. You are liable for all activity on your account until such notification is received and verified.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Bad Rupees may apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month after this period. You will be notified before any deduction is made. Accounts that remain inactive for 36 months with a zero balance may be closed.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your Bad Rupees account at any time by contacting support. Accounts with a pending withdrawal request will be closed after the withdrawal is processed.

3. Deposits and Funding Your Account

Bad Rupees accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All funds deposited into your Bad Rupees account are held in PKR and all transactions — bets, prizes, fees — are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied or required.

Accepted deposit methods at Bad Rupees include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method but begin from Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary based on your account verification status.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bad Rupees is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or network issues.
• All funds deposited at Bad Rupees must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and will result in a hold on your account pending investigation.
• Bad Rupees does not charge a fee on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.

4. Withdrawals and Receiving Your Winnings

Withdrawals at Bad Rupees are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. If the original deposit method cannot receive transfers, we will process to the nearest compatible method you have verified on your account.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Bad Rupees is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification for compliance purposes. Bad Rupees does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals.

• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash during normal operating hours. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day. Card withdrawals typically process within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
• Verification Requirement: All accounts must complete identity verification (CNIC or passport, proof of payment method) before the first withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal Source: Withdrawals will only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Requests to withdraw to a third-party account will be refused and may trigger a compliance review.
• Pending Bets: Funds held as stakes in unsettled bets are not available for withdrawal until those bets are settled. Your available balance displayed at Bad Rupees excludes funds committed to active bets.
• Refused Withdrawals: Bad Rupees reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, terms abuse, or if verification requirements have not been satisfied. You will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available at Bad Rupees — including but not limited to Ludo, Poker, Roulette, Live Casino, and Jackpot Slots — are governed by individual game rules that are displayed within each game interface. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, not instead of, individual game rules. In any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules apply to that specific game.

All random-outcome games at Bad Rupees use certified random number generators (RNG) that determine results independently and cannot be influenced by the platform or by players. Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated on camera. Bad Rupees operates a provably fair verification system for applicable games, allowing players to independently verify the randomness of any recorded result.

• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round may be voided and your stake returned to your account. Bad Rupees will make reasonable efforts to resolve malfunctions promptly and fairly. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Disconnection: If you lose your connection during a game that involves a move timer (such as Ludo or Poker), an auto-play function will manage your position for a defined grace period. Specific disconnection rules are set out in each game's individual rules page.
• Void Rounds: Bad Rupees reserves the right to void any round or game result where there is evidence of a software error, data feed failure, or interference that may have affected the integrity of the outcome.

6. Sports Betting and PSL Markets

Sports betting at Bad Rupees, including all PSL match and tournament markets, is subject to these Terms and Conditions and to the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.

• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed after confirmation are the final odds for that bet. In-play odds change continuously and the odds at the moment you press confirm are binding.
• Abandoned Matches: For PSL and other cricket markets, if a match is abandoned before a result is determined, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If a result is reached by DLS or official ruling, bets are settled on that result. In-play bets follow specific settlement rules outlined in the PSL Betting section.
• Obvious Errors: Bad Rupees reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, where a data error caused a market to display manifestly incorrect prices. We will inform affected players and return stakes.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single bet payout on any individual market is Rs 50,00,000. Payouts above this level are subject to review and may be paid in instalments. Individual market maximums may be lower than this limit and are displayed at the point of betting.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL, ICC for international cricket). Settlement typically occurs within 30 minutes of the official result confirmation.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

Bad Rupees runs promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, freeroll tournament entries, and other time-limited promotions. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and withdrawal conditions.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money balance. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the promotion terms.
• Free bets or bonus credits are for use on Bad Rupees only and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied. Unused bonus funds expire on the date stated in the promotion terms.
• Bad Rupees reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of promotion terms. In such cases, bonus funds and associated winnings may be removed.
• Players may only participate in any given promotion once per household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account action.
• Promotional offers at Bad Rupees are available to Pakistani residents unless specifically stated otherwise in individual promotion terms.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

Bad Rupees takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools to help you manage your activity and maintain a healthy relationship with gambling. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be accessed from your account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been active for a specified duration. These are available in increments of 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes.
• Self-Exclusion: You may self-exclude from Bad Rupees for a minimum period of one week up to a maximum of five years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account is suspended and you may not open a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Bad Rupees displays session summaries showing total time played and net position for sessions exceeding one hour.

By creating an account at Bad Rupees, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect the personal information necessary to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity and age, comply with regulatory requirements, and provide you with customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is held securely with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on servers that meet industry security standards.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at Bad Rupees and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Bad Rupees cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct conducted through or in connection with the platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Bad Rupees reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Instruction from a payment provider, bank, or regulatory body to suspend an account.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or responsible gaming closure request.
• Account inactivity as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds will be held securely and released if the investigation concludes in your favour. If investigation reveals a breach of these Terms, Bad Rupees reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance proportionate to the nature and extent of the breach.

You may appeal an account suspension decision by writing to support@badrupees.com with full details of your account and the circumstances. Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of the Bad Rupees compliance team who was not involved in the original suspension decision, and a written response will be provided within 10 business days.

12. Limitation of Liability

Bad Rupees provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functional, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues at all times.

• Bad Rupees is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the amount of the individual stake that gave rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Bad Rupees's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be legally excluded.
• By using Bad Rupees, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you accept that risk. Bad Rupees is not responsible for losses that result from your gambling decisions.

13. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Bad Rupees reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and by displaying a notice within the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the amended terms take effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications to existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates that are more favourable to players — may be made without the same notice period. The version of the Terms and Conditions displayed on this page at any given time is the current and binding version.

Continued use of Bad Rupees after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. Your balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to verification.
